M16 x 50mm Penny / Repair Washer. A wide flat washer for spreading the bearing area beneath a bolt head or nut. It can also cover a larger clearance hole where its outside diameter is suitable.
Check the bore against the fastener and the outside diameter against the area to be covered. Confirm thickness where joint clearance matters.
