We deliver across the **United Kingdom** only.

- **Free UK delivery** on orders over **£50**

Orders placed before **3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)** are usually dispatched the same day.

**Local Pickup (Newport):**  
You can collect your order directly from our warehouse. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID when collecting.

**Highlands & Islands:**  
Additional courier charges may apply for certain postcodes (AB, IV, KW, HS, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE, TR21–25).

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses.
